Requirements engineering plays an important role in ensuring the successful project management, but traditional methods often face problem with handling large volumes of stakeholder feedback, which leads to inefficiencies and increased risk of human failure. While tools such as Jama Connect, IBM DOORS NEXT, and JIRA provide basic requirements which can track and collaborate the capabilities, they depend heavily on manual processes for feedback and lack AI feedback analysis and real-time conflict detection capabilities.

To address these gaps, this paper presents an AI – powered collaborative platform designed to automate feedback analysis and enhance stakeholder collaboration.
